Semi-Private Training
Semi-private training means that you will be working out with a small group of people (up to 6) all following their version of the day’s workout. You’ll get the high level of care and attention you’d recieve from personal training, while leveraging the added energy and accountability of training with a few friends!
Nutrition Coaching
Nutrition Coaching is customized to the individual.
Most members start with our 28 Day Nutrition Intensive where you will be told exactly what to do to get awesome results fast while learning how to navigate nutrition for the rest of your life.
But if you prefer to take a more relaxed/gradual approach, we can help you there too.
Have a specific diet you want to try? Low carb, high carb, Paleo, Weight Watchers, keto, Zone… all diets work, and they all work for the same reasons. Which plan is best just depends on the individual. We will help you discover how to eat for life long results.
Accountability
If you’re like most people, the hardest part of getting in shape isn’t knowing what you need to do – it’s bringing yourself to do it!
In our gym you can’t fly under the radar. If you miss workouts, we will call you. If you’re not following your food plan, the InBody tells all. You have the ability to message us 24/7 via our app, and you better believe we use it to check in on you too! We are here for you in AND out of the gym.

InBody Scans
Members check in at least monthly to have their InBody scan performed and measure body composition. This paints a clear picture of the results they’re getting.
Gym performance is also measured and tracked which gives us all the data we need to have a conversation about how your body is changing and to make intelligent decisions about how to move forward and keep the results coming!
